Hi Sarah! I really like your books and bought SwiftUI Apprentice a while ago from Kodeco. I'm already a Software Engineer but want to get into iOS and preferably macOS development. I'm really happy that you released some macOS books. I should probably start with macOS apprentice and also want to support you. Do you know if you'll release the macOS Apprentice books here as well? Or do you think it's okay to start with macOS by Tutorials if already experienced in other programming languages?

I hope and expect that Kodeco will assign me the rights to macOS Apprentice but this will not be until it comes out-of-catalog in November. So my update to it is unlikely to appear before early 2025.
macOS Apprentice is for people who are new to Swift, SwiftUI and programming in general so almost every line of code is explained. macOS by Tutorials assumes some basic Swift & SwiftUI knowledge from iOS development, so doesn’t explain all the code, especially if it’s the same as for iOS. While some of this may seem strange at first, as an experienced developer, I have no doubt that you would be able to follow it. macOS Apprentice can fill in the gaps later.
